形状记忆合金在引信上应用的研究

摘    要:引信小型化是引信的发展方向,但由于引信的体积很小,不可能采用通常的方法进行引信的设计和制造。因此引信技术与微机电系统(MEMS)技术的结合势在必行,根据形状记忆合金可记忆的特点,提出了一套将其应用到引信上的研究方法与技术路线。对实现引信安全系统的控制及弹道修正,改善引信的性能大有好处。

Abstract:The development trend of fuze is miniaturization.As fuze has a small volume the routine design and manufacture methods are not proper to fuze.In order to solve the problem,it is vital to combine the fuze technology with MEMS.According to the characteristics of Shape Memory Alloy(SMA),it can be used in fuze to realize the control of the fuze S&A and the trajectory correction improve the performance of the fuze,and greatly enhance the efficiency of the overall weapon system.In this paper,a kind of research method and technology are brought forward on the basis of the characteristics of SMA.
