摘    要:为了验证引信笼式烧毁的可行性和可靠性,实验测定了废旧弹药包装箱的燃烧特性,对烧毁状态下的引信传爆药内部温度场进行了模拟计算,确定了限定性条件下传爆药的临界点火温度;同时测定了报废引信烧毁时传爆药的燃爆延滞期.通过对数值计算结果和实验结果的分析,得到了引信传爆药的可靠烧毁条件.

Abstract:In order to verify the feasibility and reliability of the detonator burning out, the combustion characteristics of junk ammunition packing box were determined by experiment. The temperature field of the booster charge is calculated by ANSY under the burning condition, at the same time the critical ignition temperature of the booster charge in limited environment was confirmed. The exploding time of the booster charge in the detonator is also determined by experiment, so the reliable burning qualification of booster charge inside the detonator in open over-burning was obtained.
