摘    要:为了解丙酮对CL-20溶液热分解的影响,采用自行设计的临界爆温测试装置分别测试了固体CL-20以及CL-20丙酮溶液的临界爆炸温度。结果表明:在绝热加热条件下,当增大固体CL-20的质量时,其临界爆炸温度几乎没有变化;丙酮溶剂对CL-20溶液的热分解有一定的抑制作用;在升温速率不变的情况下,增大CL-20丙酮溶液的浓度,其临界爆炸温度先升高后降低,在浓度为6%时,其临界爆炸温度最高;保持CL-20丙酮溶液的浓度不变,在提高升温速率的情况下,其临界爆炸温度逐渐升高。实验结果对研究CL-20在生产、应用过程中的安全性具有重要的意义。

Abstract:In order to understand the effect of acetone on thermal decomposition of CL-20, critical explosion temperatures of solid CL-20 and CL-20 acetone solution were tested by using a self-designed critical explosion temperature test equipment. The experiment results show that when the qualities of CL-20 increase, the critical explosion temperature has little change, the acetone has a certain restraint to the thermal decomposition of CL-20. When the concentrations of CL-20 solution increase and the heating rate is unchanged, the critical explosion temperatures of CL-20 solution increase firstly and then drop, the critical explosion temperature is the highest when the concentration of CL-20 is 6%. When the concentration of CL-20 solution is constant and the heating rates increase, the critical explosion temperature of CL-20 solution increases gradually. The results have significance on studying the CL-20 safety in production and application process.
