侵彻过程中弹载火工品过载特性数值模拟

摘    要:通过分析弹体侵彻模型及弹载火工品应力波加载机理,揭示了弹载火工品应力波加载的加载状态,并运用LS-DYNA有限元软件对特定侵彻过载环境进行了仿真计算.研究结果表明:弹体过载结果与Forrestal经典试验模型吻合较好;弹体与火工品的过载规律趋于相近,可以通过弹体的过载情况来预测弹载火工品的过载情况.此项研究可为侵彻过载中弹载火工品抗高过载能力评价提供参考.

Abstract:In this paper,by the analysis of penetration models and mechanism of stress wave loading of initiating explosive device on missile.the loading state of stress wave loading for initiating explosive device on missile was revealed.The computer analog simulation is applied based on LS-DYNA finite element program for the specific environment penetration.The study results show that the result of computation and the classical experiment is anastomotic,the overload law of missile body and that of initialing explosive device is similar,the overload situation of initiating explosive device can be predicted by the overload situation of missile body.The study couldgive some reference to the evaluation of anti high ovedoad of initiating explosive device on missile.
