动态针刺起爆实验与理论研究的新进展

摘    要:利用动态模拟装置测试和研究了雷管和火帽两种典型针刺火工品在动态击发条件下的发火性能,获得了动态发火性能试验数据。与落球仪的测试结果及经典公式Ef=Eo.E^-0.1v计算结果进行了对比分析。从基本原理出发建立了尖头和平头两种击针在针刺过程中力学模型、戳击速度模型和针刺功率模型,并推导出分析解。

Abstract:The firing performances of two typical stab detonators and primersunder dynamic initiation are tested and studied through a dynamic imitationdevice. The experimental data are obtained and analyzed in comparison with theresults from a ball-falling tester and those from the calculation with the classicalformula, Ef=E0. e-o.1v. From the basic principles, this paper also establishes me-chanica1 models, stab velocity models and stab power models in the stab processesfor two types of stab pin, being or sharp and flat tips, and deduces their analysesresolutions.
