炸药用胶粘剂的研究进展

摘    要:为研制相容性好,粘接强度高的炸药用粘接剂,从原理上探讨了环氧,硅橡胶,聚氨酯3种类型的胶粘剂,从工艺方面分析了影响粘接质量的因素。结果表明:合适的溶剂,配料顺序,配胶量,固化温度,固化时间,胶液使用时间是影响粘接强度的主要因素。

Abstract:Three kinds of adhesives such as epoxy, silicon rubber and urethane has been explored in order to develop adhesives with good compatibility and high bonding strength. Factors that influence bonding quality has been analyzed technologically. Research result show that suitable solvent, order of ingredient mixing, quantity of adhesives, solidifying temperature and time, as well as application time of solvent are the main factors that influence bonding strength.
