铝粉的粒度和形状对闪光剂感度的影响

摘    要:通过对闪光烟火药剂的感度测试,发现由铝粉配制的闪光烟火药剂对摩擦和冲击比较钝感,而对静电火花和火焰敏感,其感度随着铝粉粒度的减小而增大。非球形铝粉配制的闪光烟火药剂比球形铝粉配制的闪光烟火药剂的感度高。造成这种结果的根本原因是由于铝粉的比表面积不同。

Abstract:The influence of aluminum shape and size on sensitivity of pyrotechnic flash was studied by means of sensitive examination. It is showed that aluminum powder pyrotechnic is non-sensitive to friction and impact but sensitive to sparkle of static and flame; Sensitivity of aluminum powder pyrotechnic flash shall be increased with particle size reduced; Sensitivity of non-spherical aluminum pyrotechnic flash is more sensitive than that of spherical aluminum. The mechanism of the influence of the shape and particle size of aluminum powder on the sensitivity of pyrotechnic flash is explained by different specific surface area of aluminum powder.
