| 摘 要： | 设计了双响爆竹引线插装自动机械,通过设计该机器,确定了引线插装工艺流程,研究并解决了插装机中上料、转位定位机构、扎眼机构、引线插入及剪断机械手等关键技术,设计了气动系统、PLC控制以及X-D线图.经测试,该机器达到了预期效果,显著地提高了生产效率和引线插装质量.

| Abstract: | The automatic inserting fuse of double-sound firecracker is designed. Through designing the machine, this paper ascertains its technical process, studies several key technique, such as charging mechanism, positioning mechanism, pink piston mechanism, fuse inserting and sheafing manipulator. The pneumatic system, PLC control and X-D graph are designed. Based on the result of testing, the machine achieves expectation effect, and increases productivity and inserting fuse quality. |
