| Abstract: | A rapid forming device for small-size booster explosive pellet is designed. The rationality of explosive processing is analyzed in theory and the realized process is presented. The experimental results show that the device can improve the internal quality of small-size explosive pellet and the obtained pellet has a good density distribution. The presented rapid forming process and device can provide a credible base for the precise testing and application of booster explosive to general weapons, aerospace and aeronautic weapons and nukes. |
