弯扭静叶对跨声速单级风扇性能影响的数值研究

摘    要:通过数值模拟方法研究了弯扭静叶对跨声速单级风扇性能及其内部流动结构的影响。研究过程中将弯扭成型方法应用于某高压比单级风扇的静子叶片,结果表明:弯和扭分别可以通过对低能流体的径向迁移、改变气流攻角削弱吸力面分离损失;弯扭叶片可以改善静子流通能力,不仅改善了整个风扇级的性能,还对转子的流场结构产生了很大影响。

Abstract:Numerical simulations are used to investigate bowed-twisted blade effect on the performance and flow structures of transonic single fan. Bowed and twisted blades are applied to the stator of a high loaded fan. The results show that both bowed and twisted blades can decrease the energy loss close to sta- tor suction. Bowed-twisted blade can improve the flow capacity of stator, and better the performance of the fan. The flow structures of rotor are also influenced strongly.
