鱼雷入水战斗部动态响应仿真分析

摘    要:鱼雷入水过程不仅影响鱼雷的弹道,而且对鱼雷的结构及内部元器件等将产生结构功能响应。本文以轻型鱼雷为例,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA仿真分析软件建立了鱼雷入水的有限元模型,分别计算了在几种不同的入水速度下,鱼雷战斗部壳体关键部位的加速度随时间的变化特性,并对战斗部不同部位的加速度随时间的变化曲线进行了对比分析,得出了在不同的入水速度下鱼雷战斗部的动态响应规律,其结果对于新型触发引信的设计、战斗部装药的安全性设计及其他元器件的抗冲击性能设计具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Torpedo water entry not only influences torpedo trajectory but also causes structural function response of the structure and components of torpedo.A finite element model of lightweight torpedo water entry is established using simulation software ANSYS/LS-DYNA.At several water entry speeds,the acceleration changes of the key parts of torpedo warhead shell with time are calculated.The curves of changing acceleration versus time for different warhead parts are compared and analyzed to obtain the dynamic response law of the warhead at different water entry speeds.The conclusions are expected to be beneficial to the designs of new contacting fuze,warhead safety and the component anti-impact.
