含和不含催化剂的高能RDX-XLDB推进剂热分解特性研究

摘    要:利用DSC研究在不同压力下含和不含催化剂的高能RDX-XLDB推进剂的热分解特性,结果表明:在推进剂热分解过程中,含量占60%的RDX分解放热峰占主导地位,是主分解峰,且随着压力升高,峰温向低温移动,主分解峰温越低,燃速越高,含催化剂的推进剂比不含催化剂的主分解峰温低,燃速高。

Abstract:The thermal decomposition characteristics of high energy RDX-XLDB propellants with or without catalyst were investigated by means of DSC under different pressures. The results show that the decomposition peak of RDX is the main in the propellant decomposition process and peak temperature shifts to lower temperature with the increase of pressure. The lower the main peak temperature,the higher burning rates of the propellant.The main peak temperature of the propellant with catalysts is lower and,therefore,getting a higher burning rate.
