应用灰色聚类法评价陶瓷材料的磨削加工性

摘    要:提出一种陶瓷材料磨削加工性的评价方法,能够同时考虑影响陶瓷磨削加工性的多种因素。选择陶瓷材料为聚类对象,选取陶瓷材料磨削加工性的影响因素作为聚类指标,将陶瓷材料的磨削加工性分为不同的灰类等级。确定陶瓷磨削加工性影响因素的灰类白化函数,利用离差法计算磨削加工性影响因素的灰色定权系数,经过计算得到每种陶瓷材料的聚类向量,通过比较聚类系数确定陶瓷材料的磨削加工性等级。以碳化硅、氧化铝、氮化硅和氧化锆4种陶瓷材料为例,同时考虑材料的性能参数和加工过程/输出参数,应用灰色定权聚类方法,4种陶瓷材料被分为3个不同的磨削加工性等级。研究结果表明灰色定权聚类是一种可行的陶瓷材料磨削加工性综合评价方法。

Abstract:A comprehensive evaluation method for ceramic grindability was proposed. More influencing factors of ceramic grindability can be considered simuhaneously. Ceramics to be evaluated were selected as clustering objects, influencing factors of ceramic grindability were selected as clustering items. Grindabilities of ceramics were classified as different grey degrees. Grey whitenization functions of influencing factors for ceramic grindability were determined. Fixed weight clustering coefficients were calculated with deviation matrix method. Clustering vectors for ceramics were calculated. Finally, grindabilities of ceramics were classified according to comparison of clustering coefficients. Silicon earbide, alumina, zirconia and silicon nitride were evaluated as the examples. The property parameters and machining process/output parameters were considered together. Four ceramics were classified as three grindability grades. The research results show that grey fixed weight dustering approach is a reasonable method for grindability evaluation of ceramics.
