摘    要:在不具备自由后坐台架试验条件时,在炮架上测试出炮口制退器效率。通过对火炮制退后坐射击过程、火炮自由后坐试验过程、炮口制退器效率计算公式和测试方法的分析,针对在装和不装炮口制退器两种情况,在炮架上直接进行全装药的制退后坐射击试验。分别测量后坐阻力-时间、后坐阻力-位移数据。后坐阻力对时间进行积分求得火药气体对火炮后坐部分的冲量,进而求得自由后坐动能,据此求得在全装药条件下的炮口制退器效率。

Abstract:Under the condition of gun without free recoil test-bed, and by means of test method of muzzle brake efficiency and calculation formula, and under two conditions of with and without muzzle brake during the course of gun fire, recoil fire test was carried out for full charge on gun mount, data of recoil resistance-time, recoil resistance-displacement were measured respectively, based upon them, muzzle brake efficiency for full charge was acquired.
