摘    要:为对某型遥控武器站进行结构分析和行进间射击仿真研究,获得武器站行进间射击的炮口振动特性,运用虚拟样机技术,借助三维建模软件SolidWorks以及动力学分析软件RecurDyn,建立了路、车、炮一体化动力学模型,并验证了模型的正确性,在不同车速、不同路况条件下,对车载行进条件下的遥控武器站进行了连续射击的动力学仿真分析,获得了武器站行进间射击炮口的振动特性,为武器操作手提供参考依据,在炮口稳定性较高的条件下操作武器进行射击,有效提高射击精度。

Abstract:To analysis and simulation the structural of the Remote Control Weapon Station when shooting on the move,then obtain the vibration characteristics of the muzzle,use the three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks and dynamic analysis software RecurDyn,build the road,cars,guns integrated dynamic model,and verify the correctness of the model.At different speeds,different road conditions do the dynamics simulation of the Remote Control Weapon Station for the continuous firing on the move.Obtain the vibration characteristics of the muzzle to provide a reference for operator to control the Remote Control Weapon Station in high stability conditions,to improve shooting accuracy.
