摘    要:复进机作为火炮反后坐装置的重要组成部分,其性能好坏直接影响到火炮战斗力。针对火炮反后坐装置工作可靠性与复进机内部压力密切相关这一工程实际问题,设计了一种可以实时反映火炮复进机内部压力变化规律的压力监测系统。该系统利用了现代传感技术、无线传输技术以及单片机技术,实现了建制规模火炮复进机压力数字化检测与管理,为火炮反后坐装置常态化检测、维护和保养提供了便捷的信息化管理平台。试验结果表明:该设计可靠实用,符合火炮射击过程,为反后坐装置后续故障诊断奠定了基础。

Design of Gun Counter-recoil Mechanism Pressure Monitoring System
Abstract:The artillery counter-recoil mechanism is the key component of the gun anti-recoil mecha-nism,and its property is important to gun battle force. According to the practical engineering problem of the close relationship between work reliability of gun anti-recoil mechanism and the pressure in the gun counter-recoil mechanism,a pressure monitoring system is designed so that the artillery counter-re-coil pressure value and variation curve can be displayed in real time. The pressure system is designed by using modern sensor technology and wireless transmission technology and SCM technology with the digital and informational monitoring and management of artillery counter-recoil mechanism pressure achieved based on this system and a convenient and digital management platform provided for the nor-mality checkout and maintenance and repairing of the gun anti-recoil mechanism. The experimental re-sults show that the design is reliable and practical and agrees with actual firing condition,laying a solid foundation for the artillery anti-recoil mechanism fault diagnosis.
