| 摘 要： | 为实现催泪药剂生产与制造过程的自动化、无人化和安全化,在考虑催泪药剂本身物料特性的基础上,设计一种催泪药剂自动称量装置和控制系统.介绍自动称量装置结构设计及称量装置工作原理,研究控制系统的设计及控制算法,并进行称量试验.试验结果表明:该系统满足催泪药剂称量的精度要求,能实现快速、自动化称量.

| Abstract: | For realizing automatic, unmanned and safety producing and manufacturing of lacrimatory agent, based on considering material characteristics of lacrimatory, design the lacrimatory agent automatic weighting equipment and control system. Introduce automatic weighting equipment structure design and working principle, research control system design and control algorithm, and carry out weighting test. The test results show that the system can satisfy the accuracy requirements of lacrimatory agent weighing, and realize fast and automatic weighting. |
