加强武器装备软件质量监督的对策分析

为提高武器装备软件质量监督效能，针对目前武器装备软件开发生产过程质量现状，根据装备软件质量监督相关的标准和要求，结合工作实践提出了促能力提升、运用PDCA方法开展过程监督及抓实质量监督要点、关键点评审验收关等加强装备软件质量监督的具体对策和方法。结果表明：该方法通过日常监督中的PDCA过程审核运用，进一步规范了承制单位软件开发过程，促进了承制单位软件开发能力和水平提高，而且通过狠抓要点和关键点的评审验收，确保了装备软件产品质量并有效保证武器装备质量。

Strategies of Enhancing Software Quality Supervision for Weapon Equipments

In order to improve effectiveness of software quality supervision, this paper proposes some effective strategies and methods for quality supervision of weapon equipment software aiming at the software development and management status of weapon equipment and according to the related standards and requirements. These strategies and methods are about processes supervision, strictly reviewing the key points, and rigorously controlling its application, which are on the basis of the actual quality management and PDCA methods. Application results show that these strategies can help the supplier to regulate the process of software development, improve developing ability and level. The software quality of the weapon equipment is ensured.
