摘    要:基于C4ISR系统效能指标体系的建立原则及流通过程,从C4ISR系统的整体作战、指挥控制、情报侦察、预警探测、通信、电子对抗、作战信息保障和共性要求等能力要求,建立C4ISR系统效能指标体系.即首先抓住主要影响因素,建立简化模型,然后将其它影响因素逐步加入模型中,最终形成完整的系统效能指标体系模型.

Abstract:Based on the establishment principles of effectiveness index architecture for C^4ISR system and its circulation process, the effectiveness index architecture for C^4ISR system is established from ability requirements of holistic operation, command and control, intelligence and reconnaissance, detect, communication, electron confronting, operation information support and common requirements. That is, acquire the main influence factors to establish simplified model at first. Then, adds other influence factors into model gradually. Lastly the complex system effectiveness index model can be established.
