加强武器装备软件质量监督的对策分析

摘    要:为提高武器装备软件质量监督效能,针对目前武器装备软件开发生产过程质量现状,根据装备软件质量监督相关的标准和要求,结合工作实践提出了促进能力提升、运用 PDCA方法开展过程监督及抓实质量监督要点、关键点评审验收关等加强装备软件质量监督的具体对策和方法。结果表明:该方法通过日常监督中的 PDCA过程审核运用,进一步规范了承制单位软件开发过程,促进了承制单位软件开发能力和水平提高;而且通过狠抓要点和关键点的评审验收,确保了装备软件产品质量并有效保证武器装备质量。

Abstract:In order to improve effectiveness of software quality supervision, aiming at the software development and management status of weapon equipment and according to the related standards and requirements of equipment software quality supervision, combined with working practice, proposes effective strategies and methods for quality supervision of weapon equipment software, such as promoting ability improvement, using PDCA method to develop process supervision, focusing on important point of quality supervision, key point review and so on. The results show that through PDCA process reviewing in daily supervision, the method makes further efforts on regulating supplier software development process, promotes supplier software development ability, focuses on reviewing on important point and key point and ensures equipment software quality and weapon equipment quality.
