摘    要:介绍某无源米波警戒雷达伺服控制系统的设计实现,重点论述该雷达大型阵面天线多维复杂动作伺服控制的原理及关键技术,包括双丝杠同步驱动与定位、天线边块展开/折叠、多个天线单元阵子展开/折叠、以及转台方位整周定位,通过主从PLC控制器实现整个控制系统的有机整合,严格的环境试验和外场使用证明该系统具有良好的性能和可靠性。

Abstract:Introduce design of servo system for a passive meter wave early warning radar,emphasizing on the control principle and key technologies for multidimensional complicated motion of the good-size radar antenna,which includes driving synchronization and orientation of double feed screws,unfolding /folding of side-antenna,unfolding/ folding of several antenna cells and circinal orientation of antenna.The control system is an organic whole by principal and subordinate Programmable Logic Controllers(PLC),while the good capability and reliability of system has been proved by rigorous environmental experimentation and outfield probation.
