基于重要度划分的设备维修方式决策

摘    要:基于重要度划分的设备维修方式决策方法,采用隶属度函数对单项指标进行量化评估,再对系统模糊综合评判.其评价标准用评价集合表示,对该指标的影响因素用因素集表示.由专家组打分获得的单因素评价向量得到多因素模糊评价矩阵.并以指标权重及单因素评判矩阵对其分层次多因素评价,确定维修决策方式.

Abstract:To the maintenance manner decision-making for equipment based on partitioning importance, the single item is evaluated by using criterion-ratio function and the system is evaluated through integrated fuzzy evaluation. The evaluation standard is expressed by evaluation set, and the influence factor of the index is expressed by factor set. The multi-factor fuzzy evaluation matrix is gained according to the single factor evaluation vector gained by the expert scoring. According to the index weight and the single factor judge matrix, the layer and multi-factors judgement is given out and the maintenance manner decision-making is provided.
