| 摘 要： | 为满足小批量火工品药柱生产需求，设计一种能自动识别并连续进行压制退模的控制系统。通过对压制及退模过程中压力特性曲线进行分析，建立系统控制模型。实际测试结果表明：该控制系统运行稳定，能准确辨识出压制及退模工序并切换相应控制程序；在压制模式下能满足设计精度要求。

Pressing and Demoulding Integrated Machine Control System |

| Abstract: | In order to meet the needs of small batch production of initiating explosive device, a control system was designed, which can automatically identify and continuously carry out pressing and demoulding. Through the analysis of the pressure characteristic curve in the process of pressing and stripping, the control model of the system is established. The actual test results show that the control system runs stably, can accurately identify the pressing and stripping process and switch the corresponding control program, and can meet the design accuracy requirements in the pressing mode. |
