小口径弹药底火安全自动化控制系统

针对小口径弹药底火装配过程易发生燃烧或爆炸，设计一种安全自动化控制系统。采用现场总线控制系统，具有可靠实时的传输特性的同时又保证生产过程的实时监控，并通过本质安全性设计，为底火的安全生产提供有效保障。结果表明：该设计能保证火工品底火自动化装配安全，使系统配置达到最优，实现完整的安全控制。

Automatic Control System for Primer Safety of Small Caliber Ammunition

A safety automatic control system is designed for the small caliber ammunition primer assembly process which is prone to combustion or explosion. The field bus control system is adopted, which has reliable real-time transmission characteristics and ensures the real-time monitoring of the production process. Through the intrinsic safety design, it provides an effective guarantee for the safe production of primer. The results show that the design ensures the safety of initiating explosive device primer automatic assembly, optimizes the system configuration, and realizes the complete safety control.
