超视距地波雷达作战效能的灰色评估

根据超视距地波雷达的特点和作战任务，建立了基于层次结构的作战效能评估指标体系，利用灰色评估模型及算法，综合探测能力、情报质量、生存能力对其作战效能进行量化分析。其步骤包括：确定评价灰类、确定评价指标的评分、确定权重、计算灰色评价系数并构造灰色评价权矩阵、做出评价及归一化处理。

Gray Evaluation of Operational Efficiency of OTH Ground-Wave Radar

Considering the characteristics and combat tasks of Over-The-Horizon(OTH)ground-wave radar,a combat-efficiency evaluation index set based on hierarchy structure is proposed.By applying gray evaluation model and algorithm,quantitative analysis for the combat-efficiency of OTH ground-wave radar is realized from synthetic detection ability,quality of information and survival ability.The process includes ascertaining evaluation gray type,the grade of evaluating indicator,making certain weight,calculating gray coefficient evaluation and forming weight matrix of gray evaluation,judging and normalizing.
