基于组合权重的武器方案评价

为提高武器方案评价时指标权重的可解释性，提出一种基于方差最大化的组合权重的评价方法。分别计 算各指标主、客观权重，以指标权重处于主、客观权重之间为约束，以评价结果方差最大化为目标，对方案进行评 价，并通过6 种枪械实例进行验证。结果表明，该方法既能考虑指标本身的重要程度，又能顾及指标间的差异性， 其指标权重具有较高的可解释性。

Evaluation of Weapon Effectiveness Based on Combination Weight

In order to improve the interpretability of the index weights in the evaluation of weapons programs, an evaluation method based on the combination weights with maximum variance was proposed.This method firstly calculates the subjective and objective weights of each index, and then evaluates the scheme with the objective of maximizing the variance of the evaluation results and the constraint of the index weights between the subjective and objective weights.The combined weights not only take into account the importance of the indicators themselves, but also take into account the differences between the indicators. The feasibility of this method is verified by the application of six kinds of rifles.
