Operational Effectiveness Evaluation of Field Data Communication Network Based on Fuzzy Synthetical Evaluation

Aiming at the uncertainty and ambiguity of the evaluation factors, which are used in the operational effectiveness evaluation of the field data communication network, adopt the fuzzy synthetical evaluation to evaluate. The approach includes establishing effectiveness evaluation system of field data communication network, ensuring evaluation index weighting, constructing I level fuzzy evaluation matrix and carrying out II level synthetical evaluation. The results show that the method can transform semi-qualitative and semi-quantitative problems into quantitative problems and analyze them. Therefore it is simple and reasonable.
