| 摘 要： | 基于射频识别技术(RFID)的智能收费系统,由自动车辆识别技术和实时监控系统组成.通过RFID技术获取车辆牌照号、车型、所属用户和银行专用账户等数据,并由实时监控系统通过摄像机获取车辆图像.数字化处理后核对实际牌照号与车载信息卡的牌照号是否相符.相符即为合法车辆,其通行费经计算机网络,从用户开户行的专用账户中自动交纳,从而实现不停车自动收费.反之则通过监控网络对违章车辆进行惩处.

| Abstract: | Based on RFID technology, intelligent toll collection system consists of automatic vehicle recognizing technology and real-time monitoring system. Acquire number plate, type, consumer and credit card by RFID technology and use camera of real-time monitoring system to acquire vehicle images. After digital processing, compare the real number plate with number plate of information card. If they match, the vehicle is legal. Its toll is paid by credit card automatically through computer network. Therefore, realize the non-stop automatic toll collection. Contrarily, punish the illegal vehicle by monitor network. |
