摘    要:精密加工过程中旋转曲面温度在线监测的方法有:红外测温仪测温、CCD热像仪测温、红外传送信号的接触测量、温敏电容及涡流损耗测温.采用斯忒鄱-玻尔兹曼定律的红外测温选用红外传感头实现.基于红外CCD的红外焦平面热像仪以电子扫描代替光机扫描.红外传送信号的接触测量通过红外通讯传递热电偶的温度信号.利用温敏电容对温度敏感的特性,由电容变化可测量旋转曲面附近的温度.利用金属材料在交变磁场中因磁滞效应和涡流效应会引起的功率损耗,能测量出其所处温度场的温度.同时比较了这些方法的利弊,分析了它们的精度影响因素.

Abstract:During precision machining process, some methods of on-line measuring temperature for revolving curved surface of non-same temperature were described such as infrared thermometry, CCD, contact measurement of infrared signal, temperature-sensing capacitance and eddy wastage. The measuring temperature was realized with infrared thermometry method using infrared sensor. The electronic scanning replaces optical machine scanning in infrared focus plane image thermometry based on infrared CCD. The contact measurement of infrared transferring signal was realized with temperature signal of thermocouple of infrared communication. By the sensitivity of temperature-sensing capacitance, the temperature of around revolving cured surface was measured with the changing value of capacitance. There is power wastage of metal material in variational magnetic field because of magnetic lag and vortex effect, so, the temperature of the field around metal can be measured according as power wastage. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are compared, and the factor of influencing precision is analyzed.
