大变形锻造钨合金冲击韧性和断口组织特征研究

摘    要:采用锻造大变形工艺制备出各种变形量的93W合金,开展不同锻造变形量对冲击韧性的影响规律研究,并对冲击断口进行SEM微观形貌观察与分析。研究结果表明,锻造大变形工艺使钨合金强度大幅度提高的同时,其冲击功有所降低;随着锻造变形量的增大,钨合金冲击断口的形貌特征由沿晶断裂为主逐渐转变为解理断裂,相应地锻态钨合金的冲击功呈下降趋势。

Abstract:Tungsten alloys with different deformation were prepared by swaging technology,and the influence of deformation amount on impact toughness was studied.The fracture surface characteristic was observed and analyzed by SEM.The results show that the tensile strength of large deformation swaged tungsten alloy improves greatly,but the toughness reduces.The fracture mode is changing from intergranular fracture into cleavage fracture with the deformation amount increasing,and accordingly the impact toughness has a ...
