| 摘 要： | 为提高电石坩埚的使用寿命,坩埚的材质采用铸钢代替铸铁,生产工艺由消失模铸造代替砂型铸造。主要从坩埚模样制作、浇注系统确定、涂料及涂敷工艺、砂型充填和浇注等方面详细介绍制造电石坩埚的技术与方法,并分析铸型塌陷和铸件粘砂的原因及解决的措施。结果表明,用消失模铸造工艺制造铸钢电石坩埚,工艺技术简单,产品成品率高。经使用实践考核,其寿命为铸铁坩埚的1.3~1.5倍。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the service life of calcium carbide crucible,cast steel was adopted as the material of calcium carbide crucible instead of cast iron,and lost foam casting is substituted for sand casting.This paper introduces in detail production techniques of calcium carbide crucible,including crucible model making,casting system determining,coating and painting process,sand mould filling and pouring.The result shows that the lost foam casting technology for producing cast steel calcium carbide crucible is very easy,and the rate of finished product is high.The service life of cast steel crucible is 1.3 to 1.5 times higher than that of cast iron crucible. |
