摘    要:介绍喷射沉积技术的起源和发展,着重对Osprey工艺在国内外的研究状况进行较深入的讨论。根据目前喷射沉积技术的研究热点,主要介绍喷射沉积铝合金材料,如超高强/高韧铝合金、耐热铝合金、过共晶硅铝合金、电子封装Si-Al合金等新型高性能轻质材料的一些研究现状。展望了喷射沉积技术今后的发展趋势。

Abstract:The origin and development of the spray-forming technology were introduced. The status of the study of Osprey process at home and abroad was discussed emphatically. According to the research focus of spray-forming technology at present, the study of spray-forming Al alloys such as ultra-high strength and toughness Al alloys,heat-resistant Al alloys,hyper-eutectic Al-Si alloys and electronic-packaging Si-Al alloys was introduced. The viewpoint of future development of spray-forming at home was proposed.
