电力用铝合金超疏水耐腐蚀膜层的制备与表征

摘    要:用草酸阳极氧化、氟钛酸铵封孔再经硬脂酸表面修饰,在2 A12铝合金表面制备超疏水耐腐蚀膜层。表征其微观形貌、表面成分和物相组成,测试膜层表面润湿性及耐蚀性。结果表明:氟钛酸铵封孔过程中生成Ti(OH)4起填充孔洞,改善阳极氧化膜的致密性,疏水状态较好,耐蚀性提高。阳极氧化膜封孔后再经表面修饰未生成新物相,但形成微纳米粗糙结构,水滴接触角达150.8°,呈超疏水状,耐蚀性进一步提高。封孔-修饰后阳极氧化膜具有微纳米粗糙结构和较低表面能,减少了腐蚀接触面积并抑制腐蚀,显著提高2A12铝合金耐蚀性,在电气用铝合金腐蚀防护方面具有应用前景。

Abstract:Superhydrophobic corrosion resistant coating was prepared on the surface of 2 A12 aluminum alloy which was commonly used in electric power by oxalic acid anodic oxidation,ammonium fluoride titanate sealing and then stearic acid surface modification. The microstructure,surface components and phase composition of the film were characterized,and the wettability and corrosion resistance of the film were also tested. The results show that Ti(OH)4 is formed in the process of ammonium fluoride titanate sealing,which can fills the holes. The compactness and corrosion resistance of anodic oxide film are improved,and show good hydrophobic state. After sealing treatment and surface modification,no new phase is generated,but micro-nano rough structure is formed on the surface of anodic oxide film. The contact angle of water droplet reaches 150.8°showing superhydrophobic state,and the corrosion resistance is further improved. The sealing-modified anodic oxide film has micro-nano rough structure and low surface energy,which reduces the corrosion contact area and effectively inhibited the corrosion development,and it can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of 2 A12 aluminum alloy,and has a promising application prospect in the corrosion protection of aluminum alloy used in electric power.
