自紧厚壁圆筒静压强度模拟试验研究

摘    要:介绍38CrNi3MoV钢制厚壁圆筒模拟管的试制过程,对6支厚壁圆筒模拟管进行液压自紧和静压强度模拟试验。结果表明:在壁厚比1.6和1.65、自紧压力720~780 MPa、材料强度Rr0.1≥1 280 MPa条件下,采用液压自紧工艺后6支厚壁圆筒模拟管实测静压强度达520~575 MPa,实测静压强度为理论静压强度的70%~76%。

Abstract:The trial-manufacture process of the thick-wall cylinder simulation tubes made by 38CrNi3MoV steel was introduced,and simulation experiments of the hydraulic autofrettage and static intensity of the six thick-wall cylinder simulation tubes were done.The experiment results indicated that in the condition of the wall thick ratio 1.6 and 1.65,autofrettage pressure 720-780 MPa and the material intensity Rr0.1≥1 280 MPa,the measured static intensity of the six thick-wall cylinder simulation tubes reaches 520-575 MPa after hydraulic autofrettage,which is 70%-76% of the theoretic static intensity.
