| 摘 要： | 球墨铸铁模具经850℃油淬,550℃回火,空冷后发生开裂。在开裂处做金相分析,结果表明:断裂部位显微组织为灰铸铁,存在有脱碳层,同时存在严重成分偏析;灰铸铁、脱碳层和成分偏析共同导致模具断裂。

| Abstract: | Fracture occured to ductile iron mould after oil quenching at 850 ℃ ,tempering at 550 ℃ and air cooling. And metallographic analysis shows that the microstructure of fracture is grey cast iron,and severe composition segregation is found. Grey cast iron and composition segregation result in the fracture of mould. |
