稀土—铝—硅复合脱氧剂主量元素的XRF光谱分析

摘    要:提出了用PW 14 0 4型X射线荧光光谱仪快速测定稀土—铝—硅复合脱氧剂主量元素Si、Al、Fe、Re等的方法。采用HNO3 和HF将试样溶解变为盐类 ,以偏硼酸锂和四硼酸锂作混合熔剂 ,NaNO3 作氧化剂 ,KI作脱膜剂熔融制成玻璃片样 ,运用分析程序汇编外加通道 ,对试样中的主量元素进行XRF光谱分析。

Abstract:It is a quick method for x-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometer pw1404 to determine the major elements in the compound Re-Al-Si deoxidizer.The samples were dissolved by HNO 3 and HF,the glass disc was made in the mixing flux of LiBO 2 and Li 2B 4O 7,and NaNO 3 as the oxidizer,and KI as the demoulding agent.The additional passage way was compiled in fluorescent procedure. The main elements in the samples were determined by using XRF spectrum.
