摘    要:通过焊条药皮向 1 6Mn R钢焊缝中过渡稀土硅铁 ,观察了稀土含量对焊接接头金相组织的影响 ,用高温动态失重法研究了稀土硅铁对耐内蒙古天然碱苛化烧碱焊缝腐蚀性能的影响 ,用透射电子显微镜 (TEM)观察了焊缝特征区腐蚀形态和表面腐蚀附着物形貌 ,并简要分析了焊缝特征区的腐蚀机理。

Abstract:The rare-earth ferrosilicon was introduced into the welding seam of 16MnR steel by adding it to the fluxing agent.The effect of the rare-earth content on the metallographic structure of the welding joint was examined.The effect of the rare-earth ferrosilicon on the corrosion resistance against caustic soda produced in Inner Mongolia of the welding joint was researched by measuring weight-loss.The corroded morphology of the welding zone and the surface corrosion products shape were observed by TEM.The corrosion mechanisms of the welding zone were briefly analyzed.
