小长径比聚能战斗部数值模拟

摘    要:运用有限元程序LS-DYNA分析软件,采用逆序起爆方式,对小长径比聚能战斗部进行探索与研究。分析了5种不同装药高度下侵彻体的威力与成型。结果表明:可以减少不必要的装药量,缩短装药长径比,获得长径比为0.4的小长径比战斗部。为提高侵彻体威力,也对药型罩壁厚进行了分析。分析表明,药型罩壁厚越薄,侵彻体速度越高。

Abstract:Using the finite element LS-DYNA analysis software,and by the mode of reverse initiation,a low ratio length to diameter shaped charge warhead was studied.Penetrator power and shaping was specifically analyzed under five different charge height.Studies show that it is feasible to reduce unnecessary charge,0.4 small ratio length to diameter shaped charge warhead can be obtained.In order to improve penetrator power,the liner wall thickness was also analyzed.Analysis shows that the thinner the liner wall,the higher velocity the penetrator.
