稀土对碳锰纯净钢纵向冲击性能的影响

摘    要:利用数字化冲击试验机研究了稀土对碳锰纯净钢的纵向冲击性能的影响,实验结果表明,铈对室温纵向冲击功的作用不明显,而镧降低冲击功。稀土对-60%冲击性能的影响非常显著,镧、铈含量为0.005%(质量分数)的材料,冲击性能明显改善;稀土含量较高时,冲击性能恶化。适量的稀土有利于提高裂纹扩展功。碳锰纯净钢中添加稀土后冲击性能的变化,与稀土的固溶作用,稀土对第二相的转化和形成,以及稀土对晶界状况的影响有关。

Abstract:Influence of rare earth on longitudinal impact property of carbon - manganese steel has been studied using digital impact test machine. The results show that at room temperature the effect of cerium on impact energy is not evident and lan-thanum reduces it. At - 60℃, rare earth can improve impact energy while its content is 0. 005% but deteriorate it while it content is excessive. Appropriate content of rare earth is beneficial to increase energy which is absorbed in the course of crack spread. The action of rare earth on impact property results from its solid solutiori, forming or transformation of second phases and segregation of elements in grain boundary.
