泡沫铝复合材料的动态压缩试验研究和吸能分析

摘    要:随着武器科技的发展,对吸能防护材料要求越来越高。采用分离式Hopkinson压杆(SHPB)试验技术对泡沫铝,铝-脂-胶复合材料,填充环氧树脂的泡沫铝冲击压缩性能进行研究,得到3种材料的应力-应变曲线,并对其进行吸能性能分析。结果表明,铝-脂-胶复合材料具有非常好的吸能特性。铝-脂-胶复合材料可作为一种新型的高性能吸能防护材料。

Abstract:With the development of weapons technology,energy absorbing protective material is on the high increasing demand.Split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB) testing technique was adopted to study the compression properties of aluminum foam,Al-fat-glue composite materials and epoxy resin filled with aluminum foam.Stress-strain curves of three kinds of materials were obtained and energy absorption performance was analyzed.The results show that Al-fat-glue composite materials have very good energy absorption characteri...
