刚玉块石混凝土抗侵彻性能影响因素分析

摘    要:采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA程序,对某航弹侵彻刚玉块石混凝土进行了数值模拟,系统分析了弹丸落点位置、命中速度、刚玉块石大小、刚玉块石之间填充混凝土的宽度等因素对刚玉块石混凝土抗侵彻性能的影响。结果表明,刚玉块石之间的混凝土填充处是刚玉块石混凝土抗弹丸侵彻的最不利位置;在一定范围内,弹丸命中速度越高,刚玉块石越大,排列越紧密,刚玉块石混凝土抗侵彻性能越强;一倍弹径大小的刚玉块石是抗某航弹的理想尺寸,块石之间混凝土填充宽度以不超过0.10倍弹径为宜。

Abstract:The projectile penetrating into concrete with corundum-boulder matrix has been calculated by the non-linear finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The influencing factors of the concrete with corundum-boulder matrix resisting projectile penetration have been studied systematically,which include,point of projectile fall,striking velocity,size of corundum-boulder,and width of the concrete filled in corundum-boulder.The results have indicated the filled concrete in the corundum-boulder is the weakness of the co...
