泡沫铝和橡胶对测试仪器抗冲击波缓冲能力的仿真研究

摘    要:为研究爆炸环境下测试仪器的安全性和可靠性,文中采用ANSYS仿真工具,以某小型战术导弹为模型,对比分析了泡沫铝材料和橡胶材料作为缓冲材料对测试仪器动态响应的影响情况.结果表明,无防护情况下,测试仪器将承受0.037Mbar的压力,这明显超出一般测试仪器对冲击的适用指标.采用泡沫铝作防护缓冲材料可以把压力降低到330bar,橡胶作防护缓冲材料则只能把压力降低到4500bar(绝对值).结果表明,泡沫铝的缓冲防护能力优于橡胶.

Abstract:It is of great significance to study safety and reliability of test equipment in real destruction performance and strong detonation field.In this paper,a small tactical missile was taken as a model and ANSYS simulation tools were adopted.Based on analyzing force situation of testing equipment during warhead exploding,the dynamic response of the test equipment was studied when adopting aluminum foam material and rubber materials as cushioning material.It was shown that the test equipment will bear 0.037Mbar ...
