装药直径和约束条件对小直径装药爆速影响研究

摘    要:采用探针法测试了不同条件下小直径装药的爆速,得出了某传爆药在45#钢约束条件或有机玻璃约束条件下小直径装药爆速与装药直径的经验关系式。结果表明小直径装药爆速随着装药直径和约束阻抗的增大而增大。随着装药直径增大,装药尺寸和约束条件对爆速的影响逐渐减小。在装药密度一定时,可以通过调整约束条件和装药直径控制爆速满足不同需求。

Abstract:The influencing rule was studied in small diameter charge detonation velocity on different condition,thus the experiential relational expressions of x booster explosive were obtained in constraint condition of 45# steel or PMMA.The results indicate that the bigger charge diameter is,or the bigger constraint resistance is,the greater small diameter charge detonation velocity is.With increasing charge diameter,the effect of charge dimension and constraint condition exerted on was less,and vice versa.For a spe...
