摘    要:回顾了 2 0世纪运载器和航天器测控技术 (TT&C)的发展历程 ,比较了其异同 ,并对 2 1世纪运载器测控技术 3个未解决的老问题和 3个新产生问题的解决途径提出了作者的建议。核心思想是用航天器来支持运载器的研究、实验和发射。对于航天器分别就非深空和深空的 TT&C技术的发展经历和当代成就进行描述 ,并对今后可能的发展提出看法

Abstract:In this paper the TT&C development history of launch vehicle and spacecraft in the 20th century is reviewed, and their differences and similarities are compared. The suggestions for solving the three unsolved problems and three new problemes for launch vehicles in the 21th century are raised. The main idea is to support the research, test and launching of launch vehicle by using spacecraft technology. The TT&C development history and achievements of spacecrafts for undeep space and deep space missions are described respectively, the development trend in the future is put forward.
