摘    要:为降低火箭发动机舱内氧增压管、预冷回流管及其固定结构组成的管路系统疲劳破坏的风险,对管路系统安装进行了设计改进。采用Abaqus软件对优化前后的管路系统在给定力学环境条件下的随机振动响应及疲劳寿命进行了仿真和试验验证,计算表明,改进后管路系统各组件静应力明显减小,最大静应力和最大均方根应力下的疲劳寿命明显改善,另外试验结果也验证了改进的有效性。

Abstract:In order to reduce the risk of fatigue of the pipeline system composed of oxygen booster pipe,precooled reflux pipe and their fixed structure in thecentain rocket engine cabin,the design of the pipeline system is improved.The random vibration response and fatigue life of the pipeline system under given mechanical environment are simulated by Abaqus.The calcution shows that the fatigue life of pipeline system components is greatly improved.Thecorrectness of design improvement is verified by experiments.
