摘    要:为降低CSP线生产CQ级冷轧门板钢的成本,对其化学成分和退火工艺进行了优化,分析了Als和C含量增加后对成品力学性能的影响,讨论了普通退火工艺和试验退火工艺下带钢组织形貌和力学性能。结果表明,在目前门板钢工艺、成分基础上,提高Als含量,放宽C含量控制范围,采用试验退火工艺,产品力学性能可满足门板钢要求,且生产成本大幅度降低。

Abstract:To reduce production cost of cold roiled CQ grade strip for door by CSP process,its chemical compo- sition and annealing process were optimized. The influence of Als and C contents increased on mechanical prop- erties of strip were analyzed respectively. The strip microstructure and properties after normal annealing and test annealing were discussed. The results showed that the testing steel obtained good properties as the Als and C contents were increased by the test annealing process, and the cost was reduced greatly.
