摘    要:介绍了铁素体轧制工艺的优点;基于邯宝2 250 mm热轧产线产品的成分体系,选择DC06超低碳钢进行铁素体轧制工艺试验。通过对DC06超低碳钢流变应力与变形温度的理论分析,制定了DC06超低碳钢的铁素体轧制温度制度和压下制度。生产试验表明,轧制过程稳定,成品带钢强度略有增加、塑性轻微下降,满足客户要求;带钢表面氧化铁皮厚度减薄明显。试验结果为进一步推广铁素体轧制工艺的应用提供了实践经验。

Abstract:The advantages of ferrite rolling process were introduced. Based on Hanbao 2 250 mm hot strip rolling line, the ferrite rolling technology experiment of DC06 ultra-low carbon steel was carried out. According to theory analysis of rheological stress and deformation temperature of DC06 steel, the ferrite rolling process of DC06 steel were developed. The practical production show that the rolling process is stable, the strength of the finished strip increases slightly and the plasticity decreases slightly, which meets the customer's requirements. The thickness of the oxide layer on the strip surface decreases obviously. The experiment provides practical experience for the further application of ferrite rolling technology.
