| 摘 要： | 针对攀钢集团成都板材有限责任公司生产普通冷轧钢板及低牌号无取向电工钢时存在的板面乳化 液残留问题，通过对乳化液羁留、飞散情况的分析与计算，调整了乳化液防溅板的安装角度和引流能力，减小轧机入口、出口封闭设施与牌坊间的单边间隙至10mm以内，在出口封闭设施上增设出口挡液辊，调整吹扫装置的布置和吹扫角度等，解决了乳化液残留问题，使带钢表面由原来不规则局部色斑变成了亮银白色。

| Abstract: | To resolve the prohlem of residue emulsion on the surface of cold rolled sheet and low-grade non-oriented electrical steel in Chengdu Plate,Pangang Group Co, , Ltd. , some measures were put forward, such as adjusting the angle of splash shield, reducing the distance between the closed installation of entering and exiting of mill and stand to within 10mm, adding the flinger roll at exiting closed installation, regulating the sweep unit, ere, This problem can be eliminated, and the quality of sheet can be assured. |
