摘    要:通过采用低锰(w(Mn)=0.6%~0.8%)钛微合金化(w(Ti)=0.045%~0.060%)的成分体系以及控轧控冷工艺,成功试制出低成本钛微合金化Q345B带钢。结果表明:不同厚度规格带钢的屈服强度为413~468 MPa,抗拉强度为571~595 MPa,伸长率为25.3%~27.9%,常温冲击功为105~134J,冷弯性能合格,均满足国标要求。Ti的析出物有尺寸大小为50~100nm的方形TiN粒子和尺寸小于10nm的球形纳米TiC粒子,充分发挥了Ti的细晶强化和沉淀强化效果。

Abstract:By using low manganese content (w(Mn)=0.6%-0.8%)and Ti micro- alloyed (w(Ti)=0.045%-0.060%)component system and TMCP process, low cost Ti micro- alloyed Q345B strip was developed successfully. The results indicate that the yield strength of the tested strips with different thickness is 413-468 MPa, the tensile strength is 571-595 MPa, the elongation is 25.3%-27.9%, the impact energy at room temperature is 105-134 J, the cold bending property is qualified, and all the properties meet the GB requirements. The precipitates of Ti include square TiN particles with 50-100 nm and nano- spherical TiC particles with less than 10 nm, and it gives full play to the effect of fine grain strengthen and precipitation strengthen of titanium.
