摘    要:针对涟钢半无头轧制过程中超长铸坯纵向温度不均的问题,分析了其主要原因,并提出了解决超长铸坯纵向温差过大的可行性措施,指出最佳措施是在不影响生产节奏的前提下保证铸坯尾部在均热炉内的最短均热时间,并据此确定临界辊道传输速度。试验结果表明,采用优化后的均热制度,铸坯头尾温差可控制在30℃以内。

Abstract:To the longitudinal temperature non-uniform phenomenon of super-long slab during semi-endless rolling process in Lianyuan Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.,the main reasons are analyzed,and the feasible measures to improve the temperature uniformity are put forward.It is concluded that the optimum way to solve the problem is to make sure the minimum soaking time of casting slab tail,and correspondingly identify the critical transfer speed on condition that the production rhythm is not disturbed.Experimental result shows that temperature difference between the head and tail of the slab can be controlled within 30°C by adopting optimal reheating schedule.
